F&B Sharing: Boosting Productivity through Inclusivity
We would like to invite you to Foreword Coffee @ Temasek Shophouse as we share how persons with disabilities and special needs are an untapped potential to solve manpower issues in the transient workforce for F&Bs. StaffAny will also be joining us in this session and they will be sharing with us on metrics, that you as F&B owners, can consider using to evaluate your business for scaling.
About Foreword Coffee
Foreword Coffee is a social enterprise member of raiSE (Singapore Centre for Social Enterprises) with a mission to empower differently-abled persons. Our social business provides training and employment opportunities for persons with autism, mild intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, deafness, and mental health conditions. We import coffee directly from producers in China, Indonesia, Laos, and Thailand, and roast our coffee freshly in Singapore in small batches. Through coffee, we aim to bring communities closer.
At StaffAny, we help many of our favourite F&B stores such as Ippudo Ramen, Dimbulah Coffee and Foreword Coffee optimize their scheduling and HR administration with technology. In addition to managing hourly workers, we empower management with an overview of their staff performance and automate end-of-month timesheet consolidations. With StaffAny, businesses can better performances, cut operating costs, and make time to do what matters.
